Patent Writing

If a product requires a patent we can provide the first step in that process, the Provisional Patent. Per the US Patent Office this patent is good for one year and provides a date that is used to protect the product. The USPTO filing cost as of today is either $65 or $130 depending on a few requirements of the client. If the client determines that they would like to continue with a Non Provisional Patent (the full patent) the Provisional Patent is provided to the patent attorney and would be used to continue the process making their job easier.
